Following closely is ZIP code 92091, also part of Rancho Santa Fe, where the median home value, now $3.18 million, has skyrocketed from $1.93 million in late 2020, spurred by the pandemic-related housing surge.

The third most expensive area, ZIP code 92014, covers Del Mar and its scenic coastal views. This locale has seen a significant increase in home values, now averaging $2.74 million, along with a commendable median household income of $203,520. In contrast, ZIP code 92118, representing Coronado, has a median home value of approximately $2.74 million and a steady income profile with a median household income of $125,558. Lastly, La Jolla’s ZIP code 92037 displays a history of fluctuating values due to economic cycles, but it has reached a median of over $2.25 million in September 2024.
